An introvert is someone who recharges their energy by being alone or in calm, low-stimulation environments. Key traits of introverts: prefer deep conversations over small talk, enjoy solitude or small groups, feel drained after too much socializing, tend to think before speaking, and comfortable with silence.
Being introverted doesn’t mean you are shy, rude and anti-social, it just means “I value my energy and I don’t spend it everywhere”.
